Short version or long version?
The short version is this:
When you sign up to the website we get your user name and email address, those are stored on the site ongoing unless/until you ask us to delete them. The site needs that data to allow access to your account.
When you subscribe to the magazine we get your mailing address as well. We need that in order to send your magazine. Again, that data is stored unless/until you ask us to delete it.
What we don’t do:
We do not trade data with, or give access to, any third party at all. There’s no analytics running, no advertising running and no mailing list of any description. We will not spam you, we will not allow anyone to spam you on our behalf.
We do not store any payment details or data. All our transactions are carried out off site by Paypal.

We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.
An external PCI compliant payment gateway handles all CC transactions.
We use regular Malware Scanning.
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We do not hold any payment information
We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order to maintain the safety of your personal information.
All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
Do we use ‘cookies’?
